Your day begins with a special check-in. From there, enjoy a lineup of activities designed to spark joy, movement, and creativity. Inside the newly-remodeled Reformer Room, you’ll get hands-on time with our new reformers in 30-minute mini-classes, followed by the opportunity to create your very own Daily Dopamine vision board - the perfect reminder to carry Shine energy with you long after the event.

The schedule for the day of fun is as follows:

• Reformers Pilates classes:

  • 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm

  • 2:40 pm - 3:10 pm

  • 3:20 pm - 3:50 pm

  • 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm

• Open House, refreshments, and fun-having: 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Outside, the vibe continues with bar-top hangouts, live jewelry and embroidery vendors, and beats from DJ Dez to keep the energy high. Attendees will also enjoy light bites, matcha from Shine’s very own Sautayed and exclusive first-dibs access to brand-new Shine studio merchandise.
