THE RIDE - 45 min | TEMP: ❄️

The Ride at Shine is our signature beat-based indoor cycling class! Designed to empower riders with a full body and mind experience, The Ride offers synchronized movement through high resistance climbs, low resistance sprints, and weights (because we don’t skip upper body training around here, partners!). Riders are encouraged to lean-in to the challenge to become their best self on and off the bike. Show up curious, get lost in the beat, and leave it all on the bike.

Welcome home, riders!

Please bring cycle shoes with SPD clips or close-toed shoes. We do not have cycle shoes for rent. 


YOGA


HOT Phenomenal Flow - 60 min | TEMP: 🔥🔥🔥 | PACE: 🐆💥🏃‍♀️

A Shine specialty! Hot Phenomenal Flow is heated between 90 and 105 degrees, set to upbeat music, and links breath to movement using invigorating sequences that take students out of the thinking mind and into the feeling body. Expect teachers to encourage students to challenge themselves with permission to build confidence, strength, flexibility and endurance. Instructors may offer arm-balances, core work, inversions, and twists to stretch and strengthen the body. This is an intermediate vinyasa-style class with moderate intensity. Beginners looking for a challenge are always welcome!

Warm Feel good Flow - 60 min | TEMP: 🔥🔥 | PACE: 🐕🍃🤸‍♀️

Heated to 85 degrees, this calm and balanced flow focuses on deep stretching and mindfulness. This is a great class for beginners, or those who are newer to yoga. Teachers will guide students through gentle postures that encourage practitioners to stay in touch with a deep rhythmic breath. Explore the fundamental principles and postures of yoga in this low intensity vinyasa class. 

EXPRESS Feel good Flow - 45 min | TEMP: 🔥 | PACE: 🐕🍃🤸‍♀️

This is a 45 minute version of our Warm Feel Good Flow class! Heated to 85 degrees, this calm and balanced flow focuses on deep stretching and mindfulness. This is a great class for beginners, or those who are newer to yoga. Teachers will guide students through gentle postures that encourage practitioners to stay in touch with a deep rhythmic breath. Explore the fundamental principles and postures of yoga in this low intensity vinyasa class.

HOT FLOW - 60 min | TEMP: 🔥🔥🔥 | PACE: 🐕🍃🤸‍♀️

Hot Flow will allow students to experience all that our Hot Phenomenal Flow has to offer in a slower, more detailed instructional format. Heated from 90 to 105 degrees, this class will begin gradually, allowing the body to acclimate to the heat and quiet the mind. Expect to hold postures for a generous amount of time, allowing time for playful variations and deep stretching. Poses will then flow from one to another in conjunction with the breath. Build strength, increase flexibility, find focus, and have fun. You don’t have to know the poses to start–just try it out and after a few classes, you’ll be hooked.

HOT YOGA SCULPT - 45 Min | TEMP: 🔥🔥🔥 | PACE: 🐆💥🏃‍♀️

Shine’s Hot Yoga Sculpt combines asana poses with weight training and cardio to target and strengthen major muscle groups. This interval-packed, high energy class is heated from 90 to 105 degrees and will keep students working hard for 45 minutes (including warm-up and cool-down). Discover the joy of synchronized movement, music, and muscle engagement in this high intensity, upbeat class!

Candlelit Yin - 60 min | TEMP: ❄️ | PACE: 🐌💤🧘

Set in a meditative atmosphere, this slow-moving class targets the connective tissues through seated and lying postures in a non-heated room. Expect to use blocks, straps, and bolsters to promote relaxation and supplement deep stretching. Yin compliments the more active classes offered at Shine by increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This restorative practice is ideal for all levels and those recovering from injury.

Also, it may just be the best nap you have ever had. 

Rest and restore - 60 min | TEMP: ❄️ | PACE: 🐌💤🧘

Do you need to reset and restore? It’s essential that we take the time to renew our bodies and reset the nervous system. This class is not about flexibility or strength but allowing yourself the permission to rest, rejuvenate and recharge. The hope is that you receive a well deserved break and the healing you might need to help get back to a state of homeostasis. Please bring a blanket and bolster (pillow). This class is held once a month on a Sunday evening.


BARRE


Barre - 45 min | TEMP: ❄️

This class is a dynamic fusion of strength training using light weights with low-impact cardio. Inspired by ballet, pilates and yoga, our barre class is designed for developing long and lean muscles by activating small muscle groups. This class provides cross training and aids in injury prevention and recovery. Barre is a high energy, beat-based class and is excellent for anyone looking for a full body experience.

Barefoot bootcamp - 45 min | TEMP: 🔥

This is a moderately heated class, set to 85 degrees. Barefoot Bootcamp is Shine’s Hot Yoga Scuplt’s cheeky bff. This weight-based class incorporates strength training, mobility, cardio, and lots of squats to give students a full body workout! Expect to use heavier weights to promote muscle growth, increase stamina, and challenge yourself.
